At Inspirative Arts we use creative art therapies to nurture the wellbeing of the individual by providing a creative environment in which to express themselves in an interactive and engaging way.
Our therapies are designed to meet the needs of children and adults at all levels on the autistic spectrum. This can be either a one to one basis or in a group setting.
If you or anyone you support with autism are experiencing anyone of the following, we would like to help:
– social isolation
– lack of belonging
– difficulty creating and maintaining friendships and relationships
We tackle specific issues the individual might be dealing with, whether it is expressing themselves or relating more positively to others. Each session is supportive and interactive.
We aim to help participants to be themselves and embrace and love their disability not letting it be their sole definition of themselves.
Each of our workshops is focused around a theme, giving individuals added motivation to stay engaged. See the journey of some of our individuals by going to our blog – click here.
