Inspirative Introduction sessions

Are you in the Health and Social care sector?

Do you want to be part of a world where everyone is valued equally; with every person’s voice heard, issues understood and needs met in creative, person-centred ways?

Inspirative Development’s mission is to revolutionise care culture by inspiring creativity, communication and compassionate care through training and development for those in the care sector.

We are offering complimentary introductory sessions for you to find out more about what we do and understand what it truly means to provide meaningful interaction and activities.  Come and discover more about accredited level 2&3 BTEC qualifications in Activity Provision.  Find out about how you can develop yourself and your career, and the funding available to help people in the health and social care sectors develop their knowledge and skills.

The next introductory session is Wednesday 13th September 3:45pm arrival for a 4pm start until 5:30pm. Please request attendance through including your car registration if you are wishing to park on site.

Inspirative Development celebrated their first Award ceremony on Monday 28th November 2016, where learners were recognised for their achievements on the ‘Creative Practitioner Diploma’ (in collaboration with the University of Derby) and the accredited BTEC level 2 in supporting Activities for Health and Social Care.

We had Andy Bradley as Inspirative Development guest speaker. Andy has formed Framework4change and been part of revolutionising care.

And the ‘Derby Silk Playback’ group that helped us reflect and share about the vent and our learning journey up to that point in a dynamic way through improvised drama.

“I thought that Derby Silk Playback Theatre were completely brilliant – they blew me away and it was worth being there if only to see them perform. In fact it was worth being there to see the brilliant achievements of your people – made me proud of Derby, again!”
Brian Frisby Service Director – Delivering Differently

We would also like to thank the Mayor of Derby Councillor Linda Winter who said “It is always lovely coming [Inspirative] and I think it is very well named as I find you all very inspirational”

“Art makes me unwind and create. Drama helps me express feelings and make friends”
