Personalised Plan

We work with you to create a personalised plan of activities. Support can be in one-to-one or groups and can be at our well-being centre or at the individuals own home.

Call us to arrange a free ‘Introduction Meeting’ where we will assess and explore whether what we do can benefit you.

We are different

Many organisations offer music and movement, drama, and arts workshops for vulnerable people. What makes us unique is the person-centred therapeutic nature of our work, and the qualifications of our staff.

All our facilitators are qualified to at least degree level in Creative Expressive Therapies, whilst many also hold additional qualifications. All our therapists have master’s degrees in their particular discipline, are members of the appropriate national professional body and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

Whilst our sessions are fun and engaging, they also serve a deeper purpose. Working with such skilled professionals means that with us the arts are a vehicle self-expression, personal development, resilience and healing.

Our focus is on achieving individualised outcomes for each person taking part, not making great art work or learning a craft.

Inspirative Arts uses creativity to change lives.
