We have been lucky to receive funding from the European Social Fund Community Grant from D2N2. You may be struggling to find work because of anxiety, bad experiences from the past, low self-esteem or have a disability or long-term illness. If this sounds like your current experience then Inspirative Arts could help you with your next steps.
Learning new skills or getting a job can be really good for us: it makes us feel good about ourselves, helps us make friends, earn money, and get on in our lives.
Inspirative Arts can offer:
- one to one therapy sessions to help overcome anxieties from previous difficulties,
- creative group work to help you find your strengths and,
- supported volunteering opportunities to gain experience and training courses in health and social care.
This is the third time we have been awarded D2N2 funding, which demonstrates our experience and the high-quality service we can provide you. We are unique as we work with your needs and help you to become your own expert through creativity.
Penny joined us on the second round of D2N2 and we hope her positive experience encourages you to sign up for this opportunity. If you are interested or know someone who has the potential to become their best self then please email [email protected]
“Living with chronic health conditions affected my ability to do my previous job, so I had to stop working. I felt at a loss and didn’t know what to do next. I took the opportunity to learn new skills through training with Inspirative Arts. Getting started was easy – it was just a chat on the phone to talk about what I needed. I didn’t have to pay for anything because of the funding from the D2N2 project. I feel more confident about my future now. Both the accredited courses and the volunteering that I have done have given me a real insight into creative ways of working, and I’ve enjoyed every minute. My horizons have broadened as a result of having the chance to try different things and meet new people. I have also learnt a lot about myself. The organisation treats learners as individuals, and this has meant that the experience is unique to me, meeting my needs perfectly. Thank you, Inspirative Arts!” – (Penny, 2020).
